The Civic Innovation Academy is a one-week, in-person experience designed for the most innovative young change-makers. Over the course of a week, I'll join a cohort of 75 Civic Fellows from across the country, and meet face-to-face with legislators, organizers, CEOs, and academics to explore the diverse world of change.We use what you've learned to work directly with staff from executive departments to brainstorm solutions to problems facing our nation. Previous Fellows have met with representatives from the departments of State, Treasury, Education, and The White House.

Awarded a thousand dollar Project Accelerator Grant on behalf of America Undivided.

Designed and reimagined the Internship Program at United Nations Association San Diego. Interviewing, hiring, and training a team of young professionals, with varying ages from high school to graduate school. Designed the structure, assignments, and curriculum for the internship. Additionally, manages the PR and Communications of the organization.

Coordinates and manages communications, including running the social media accounts, mainly Instagram, with over 1600 followers. I manage correspondence, interact with local sustainability profiles, and regularly post and update our page.

As the Founder of America Undivided, she recruited board members, incorporated her organization, and now serves as the organization's Director. She manages finance, paperwork, recruitment, and oversight. Under her leadership, America Undivided runs lobbying campaigns and youth advocacy training programs, and is in the process of drafting a bill for a national standard of civic education.

A delegate with UNA-USA San Diego with consultative status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Attends bimonthly meetings with the oversight committee, discussing, drafting, and implementing communication policies and programs, which improve disaster relief for over 2,000 residents.

A previous fellow and current alum in the Civic Innovators Fellowship, which gives high-achieving students the knowledge, network, and funding to pursue their passions and launch projects that change the world.11% acceptance rate, selected out of the most successful high school and undergraduate students of the world.Composed a Case Brief on innovations in Disaster and Emergency Public Communications, which is attached. Conducted research through surveys, interviews, and analysis of government programs, data, and communications response. Used research to draw conclusions and compose an innovative solution combining Geographical knowledge, technological knowledge, and policy knowledge. Accumulated 45 service hours to Civics Unplugged, which is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States.

Formulated a speech on the divide in American political society; the tribalism and factionalism present in our two main political parties, and advocated for a more collaborative and bipartisan political society.

Contributed to the management of a top 10 frontline campaign, undertaking responsibilities such as voter outreach, database management, and public surveying.Correspondanced public outreach with over 2,000 voters and 15 organizations.Coordinated volunteers, crowds, and donors for high-profile events, including a rally with the President of the United States.
