My expertise sits in the arena of People Development where I work as a coach and facilitator in the public and private sector, supporting individuals at all stages of working life. Over the years, I have enjoyed working both as an independent coach as well as sitting in-house in organisations such as Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust, EY and Hudson Global Resources. In more recent times, I've been supporting the career development of Junior Doctors with Health Education England, I've trained to deliver Mental Health First Aid and have been involved in the creation of online video content for career and development resources. My coaching and facilitation approach allows for creativity and reflection coupled with a practical outlook, creating challenging, supportive and dynamic learning spaces with an emphasis on embedding that learning back into the workplace where it matters most.I enjoy drawing on a variety of tools to strengthen my client work including my NLP Practitioner training, MBTI and Strengthscope certification plus a strong interest in wellbeing in the workplace.
