Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurse Service.When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them. They give the one-to-one support, guidance and practical solutions people need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere.Admiral Nurses are continually trained, developed and supported by Dementia UK. Set up the Public Sector division in the North of England and Scotland

Reporting to the MD I was a Board member for Hays Office Support (HOS) and Hays Secretarial (HS). I was responsible for the Public Sector strategy for the HOS and HS brands, including all tenders, sales, presentations, implementations, account management and training and management of Managers and consultants. Oversaw a team of people who produce all management information requirements for Public Sector customers and teams of consultants throughout the country ensuring targets were set and met, training was given and compliance was adhered to. I was on the 2007 panel for the Guardian Public Sector Awards and the Medical Secretarial awards. In June 2002 Hays became a contracted supplier of Administrative and Clerical Temporary staff to the NHS, HM Prisons and Central Government under a National Framework Agreement.
