I am a "Trusted Coach" https://trustedcoachdirectory.com/ - which means that I have proven qualifications, professional membership, insurance, Supervision, experience and references."My work focuses on working with individuals and teams to take off their blinkers to expand and deepen self-awareness, to identify existing strengths, new options, and choices. I have a deep interest in self-awareness and how it helps us develop and grow, by enabling firstly self-connection and then connection with others. Working with me will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of self, your impact on others and develop new thinking and insight to support your journey towards success for you and the systems you live and work in. My interest in self-awareness and approach is underpinned by my PhD research.I am an ICF certified PCC and an EMCC accredited Master Practitioner Coach. In addition, I am an accredited Coaching Supervisor. My core values of authenticity, choice and competence underpin all my work. It is important to me that I am adding value to the client and the wider organisation, so I work with the system in mind. I draw on a wide range of psychological dimensions in my coaching work; including “Time to Think”, gestalt and psychodynamic approaches. I am also qualified to draw upon a range of psychometric tools these include: OPQ, 16PF, Lumina Spark & MBTI. In addition, I am an NLP Master Practitioner. In 2020, I valued providing pro-bono coaching to the front-line NHS with the ‘Coaching through COVID’ team.As a visiting tutor at Henley Business School, I teach on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, the MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and head up the Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision. My own development journey is ongoing, and I am passionate about my own CPD so invest in regular coaching supervision (both individual and group), and keep up to date with a range of webinars. In 2024, I am working on self-compassion and finding more spaciousness in my life and so am continuing my work with my own coaching supervisors and psychotherapist. Alongside this I participate in other self-resourcing activities with regular open-water swimming, pilates and yoga retreats. I believe this continual work on self keeps me at my best for my work.My hopes for 2024 are that there is more love and humanity in this world; and that Karen Foy and I finish writing our book - "The Infinite Game of Coaching"!Outside of work I relish spending time with my husband and supporting our son in his bourgeoning eventing career.
