In progressive executive capacities leading up to my most recent role as VP, Global Marketing & Communications with BASF Chemetall, I led critical initiatives and associated stakeholder relationships to impact the company from top to bottom: • As part of the leadership team, elevate the Chemetall brand to coexist with the BASF brand (only one of its kind) and maintaining 20% growth throughout integration process.• Drove 12% topline growth in declining industrial markets, with average 22% per year EBITDA increases, by partnering with branch presidents and regional sales.• Developed go-to-market strategy for key customers including Ford, Cummins, and Boeing. • Streamlined operations, achieving decreased time for new product introduction by 50%, shortened order processing time by 30%, and overhauled pre-sales service.• Developed sales channels inclusive of e-commerce solutions, distributors, and inside sales team, leading to 12% growth and 10% profit improvement.• Drove a multifunctional partnership across Chemetall that created an early “internet of chemicals” leveraging CODAC for customer acquisition and loyalty. This tool gave customers the ability to manage chemical processes and output remotely.Just as important as what I have accomplished is HOW I have accomplished.
