  I currently work with 6 different divisional teams, from Charlottesville, VA down to Elizabeth City, NC. Speaking to multiple customers on the phone, our LiveChat feature online, texts and emails (sometimes at the same time) to ensure I am finding the perfect fit community to explore is my main task. While doing this, I am figuring out a customers wants, needs and wishes in a home, as well as desired monthly payment, any obstacles we might have to over come, and meet the customer where they are at so they feel comfortable. We have many first time home buyers, and many who have owned homes in the past.. speaking to them in a way they understand and explaining our processes, allows me to promptly create a great appointment, and set my Sales Representatives in the model home, up for success. By digging in, I can find the best fit location to explore, and give notes to my partner to allow for a coffee worthy conversation when the team meets with that individual. I have amazing relationships with the 78 sales representatives I work with as well as their managers and our regional manager. I was awarded best overall Online Sales Consultant in 2023 for my accomplishments (number of appointments set, held and that went to sale) as well as the relationships I have been able to build with our region.
