As the Civil Engineering Peer Mentor Coordinator, I oversee the peer mentorship program within the department, facilitating meaningful connections and providing valuable support for mentors and mentees. In this role, I serve as a resource for mentors, offering guidance on effective mentoring strategies and facilitating regular check-ins to ensure the success of the mentorship relationships. Additionally, I collaborate with faculty and staff to assess the program's effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience for participants.
