• Help recruit students to the fitness and wellness program on-campus, specifically the Cycle program• Assist in the administration and management of all operational and program-related aspects of the fitness and wellness program• Schedule group fitness instructors and personal trainers• Supervise and evaluate student and non-student staff• Developed risk mitigation plan in response to COVID-19• Uses Excel to gather data to analyze the program areas• Interviews and hires people into the group fitness and personal training positions

Instructs and creates 45-minute/hour long indoor cycle classes five times a week
