About Julia Hochner

I have always been a doer. At an early age, I tapped into my ability to identify and accomplish tasks on my own. I remember flipping through the phone book and making calls to businesses when my older siblings were still too shy to do the same. When I studied abroad in Paris and my French was still shaky, I would nevertheless approach strangers and ask for directions. Recently, I was on my way to the airport when I learned that my flight had been delayed several hours. Within ten minutes, I had booked myself on a different flight arriving at a nearby airport, without having been charged a fee. Since my first administrative assistant job in college, I have built on my natural talents by working in a variety of office and other business environments. I am a multi-tasker extraordinaire, and I love to bring order to chaos. I possess strong writing and editing skills, and my tech savviness means I can quickly learn to use new software applications and systems. If you need something done efficiently, thoroughly, and reliably — I’m your (wo)man. Of course, simply doing isn’t the only thing that matters. Creativity is also essential. My training and experience in acting has made me a creative problem solver with a long history of approaching projects in unconventional ways. Acting has equipped me to be a strong communicator and collaborator who knows how to listen and receive constructive feedback. Lastly, I have a big heart. I am passionate about helping others and have always sought out work that is mission-driven. I believe that, whether in ways large or small, we can all do our part to make the world a better place.
