As a Senior Associate, I'm taking Team Lead positions on several of my clients including running a tiered support team for a national nonprofit, acting as a Salesforce Admin/Nonprofit advisor for a world renowned arts museum, and doing training for new Salesforce users across higher education and nonprofits.

The Managed Services team takes on a portfolio of different nonprofit and higher education institutions. For my clients I'm often acting as their Salesforce Administrator. My relationships with my client takes front and center when I'm helping them navigate through their Salesforce instances.
