Julia is a seasoned HR professional with experience in IT services and management consulting. She has successfully led teams through multiple transformations, including periods of rapid growth, contraction, as well as new ways of working. Her extensive experience includes building and overseeing global, cross functional and multidisciplinary teams as well as leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform employee experiences. She has a commitment to and affinity for people, communications, and technology. Currently, Julia leads HR for IBM Americas Sales, leveraging her HR expertise in talent management and skills, workforce management, diversity, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.Previously, Julia was the Chief Talent Officer at Kyndryl, a global IT services company spun off from IBM. There, she led the design and implementation of the talent strategy, culture, and standing up the operating model for the new entity in over 60 countries with more than 85k people. She also played a key role in the successful transition and integration of Kyndryl's workforce from IBM, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. The innovative work she drove to create a culture of engagement and belonging contributed to Kyndryl having been named among Newsweek’s Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces for 2023.
