Originally from Toronto, I’ve embraced Berlin as a second home. Fueled by curiosity and new experiences, I am most relaxed while traveling, reading, and engaging with new and old friends.As a passionate Canadian, I live and breathe hockey and proudly (or foolishly) support the Toronto Maple Leafs (go leafs go!). Since coming to Berlin, I have also come to love the Eisbären and the exciting atmosphere they provide.While making meaningful connections with others and binging on hockey whenever I can is great fun, I am equally committed to making an impact in the professional world. During my last nine years of customer service experience in the travel industry, I have provided support and guidance in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues for customers and partners. With extensive experience in communicating effectively with customers, I have learned to keep the customer as the central focus when coming up with innovative and effective solutions to their issues.I thrive in a team environment, where collaboration is encouraged and new ideas can be cultivated. I am motivated in high performance environments and am excited when I can learn more about technical products and have a direct impact on a business.
