About Julia Lee

I’ve always had a deep sense of curiosity, an eagerness to understand what makes us tick and a willingness to challenge the norm to create a better world.I use human-centred design with insights from psychology, neuroscience and microeconomics to generate a deeper understanding of human behaviour.Areas of specialism:✪ Employee Experience: Using behavioural economic principles to design culture change strategies, wellbeing initiatives and reward programmes, putting employees at the heart of an organisation. ✪ Workplace Design: Applying scientific methodology to design environments to help employees perform and feel their best✪ Experiential Events: Taking a multi-sensory approach, using the science of senses, to create experiences that have a lasting and measureable impact.
