● Directly project managed annual planning, programming and execution of Boise Goathead Fest (~3,000 attendees). Lead staff member for the entire Boise Bicycle Project (BBP) leadership team through the event’s life cycle with an emphasis on strong communications and marketing. 39% increase in 2023 event registrations, and 5+ new sponsors.● Through 2024, piloted the pivot of Goathead Fest into a fiscally and locally sustainable OpenStreets event that more closely aligns with organizational mission and values and highlights community partners. Obtained new vendors, forecasted budget and worked with external partners across multiple areas to promote main and supplemental events.● Created an application upload process for annual Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway (HKBG) that decreased applicant (550+ youth) processing time by 50% and helped increase overall program revenue by 25% ($40k) based on data collection, tracking and evaluation.
