Three things I enjoy most about being in a recruiter in Community Banking are: - Connecting skilled and purposeful bankers to new career opportunities- Witnessing the positive and profound impact that financial services have on our communities- The fast-paced environment where I get to meet people with diverse experiences and interestsWhen I'm not searching for the perfect match for open roles, career mapping, or creating development plans, I can be found working on anything from analyzing data to crafting business line specific presentations in talent assessment, management, and succession planning. Working with executives, I've had the best mentors in the business. They inspired me to deepen my skills and grow my career in Human Resources and Finance, which is why I completed my MBA in Organizational Development. My specialties include talent acquisition, retention strategies, talent assessments, project management, development planning for top talent, diversity and inclusion initiatives and executive development and engagement. When I’m not on the job I love hiking, competing in family cribbage tournaments, watching football, and indulging my love for seeing new places with my two dogs, Doc and Wilson.
