-Provide joint service instruction to Department of Defense (DoD) personnel and civilians performing law enforcement duties in the knowledge and skills needed to perform as a Traffic Management and Collision Investigator (TMCI).-Instruct students in Analyzing Collision Components, Hit and Run Investigations,Diagramming, Legal Aspects, Collision Photography, Planning Traffic Management, Drug and Alcohol Enforcement, Formulas and Collision Report Writing.-Instruct students during eight classes held during the fiscal year.-Provide subject matter expert guidance in the Traffic Management and CollisionInvestigation field, MOS 5813, (Collision Investigator), for TECOM and the USMC Law Enforcement Branch HQMC PSL.-Mentor, advise and instruct all service personnel, DoD and civilian employees who attend this course in a professional manner; and provide counseling on all personnel and personal matters as required.-Evaluate all instructors and ensure they are meeting AETC standards.

-Daily supervise the preparation, investigation, and submission of timely and accurate investigation reports of traffic collisions that occur aboard MCB Camp Pendleton.-On a monthly basis, develop and implement the performance of Selective Enforcement operations as directed by the Provost Marshal, Operations officer, and the Traffic OIC.-Continually ensure the accurate calibration, proper maintenance and operation, and care of radars, breathalyzers, traffic section vehicles, supplies, and equipment.-Supervise the creation, development and implementation of Traffic Division procedures.-Serve as liaison for MCPD Camp Pendleton with internal and external agencies for the planning and execution of special events aboard MCB Camp Pendleton, ensuring they are properly supported and appropriately staffed with personnel and successfully executed.-Serve as the on-duty supervisor and traffic expert involving alcohol or drug usage.-Supervise the performance of selective enforcement operations as directed by the Provost Marshal and the Operations officer.-Supervise and approve tow reports regarding abandon vehicles aboard the installation.

-Manage the Common Operational Picture in the Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) CombinedJoint Operations Center (CJOC), monitoring and updating changes to friendly and enemy force laydown, Air Space Control Measures, and Fire Support Control Measures.-Create CJTF Commanding General's Daily Read Book and disseminate to proper personnel both in theater and CONUS.-Be prepared to plot dynamic strikes and real-world events as they occur within the AOR.-Ensure proper badges are displayed; escort any personnel lacking a security clearance whose presence is required in CJOC.-Perform the duties as a Battle Captain/ Operations Officer as needed.-Prepare products for daily briefs, confirming accuracy of reports and operating the COP during the brief to increase situational awareness.-De-conflict Turkish and Russian Military air and surface fires for ground forces across Iraq and Syria with subordinate and adjacent units.

-Perform the duties as a Platoon Sergeant and Supervisor for an integrated unit of Marines and Civilian Police Officers.-Perform the duties as a Watch Supervisor/Watch Commander as needed.-Supervise, train, lead, and mentor subordinates in all aspects of law enforcement in accordance with the current policies in order to improve initiative and judgment.-Enforce laws, orders, and regulations aboard Camp Pendleton in accordance with the California Vehicle Code, Penal Code, Base Orders, Marine Corps Orders, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.-Counsel and Mentor Marines on their performance and evaluate their proficiency and conduct.-Update, maintain rosters and morning reports for the platoon.-Assist the Platoon Commander with all administrative tasks as directed.

-Expeditiously process officer candidate applications and all pre-officer CandidatesSchool (OCS) shipping requirements.- Establish and maintain an effective pool program that ensures poolees are bothphysically and mentally prepared for the rigors of OCS.-Assist in the prospecting, screening, and interview of prospective officer applicants.-Manage and maintain the Hot Leads Program.-Maintain constant and effective liaison between the OSS and Centers of Influence (COIs)-Maintain liaison between the OSS and all military/DOD supporting units within the OSS AOR, including MEPS personnel, RSS NCOICs, I&I staffs, and MOIs/AMOIs.-Mentor applicants and officer candidates through their respective commissioningprograms.

-Recruit quality men and women in sufficient numbers by canvassing, screening, selling andprocessing for enlistment IAW systematic recruiting and CMC standards.-Conduct individual planning and analysis in order to develop and implement productivemonthly, weekly, and daily plans that will ensure mission accomplishment IAW Volume 1.-Lead and prepare future Marines to ship and graduate from recruit training by motivatingand mentally and physically preparing poolees for the future service.-Establish professional working relationships and project a positive image of the MarineCorps in assigned high schools and the local community.-Maintain Marine Corps standards in terms of integrity, personal, appearance, physicalfitness, and attention to personal and operational safety.-Lead, manage and supervise fellow recruiters assigned to the RSS in the role of AssistantStaff Non-Commissioned Officer (ASNCOIC).

Guard Presidential Helicopter to support the President of the United States. Held a Top Secret/ Yankee White secruity clearance during my time there. Traveled the world and maintained a high level of security CONUS and OCONUS.

Entered Marine Corps Boot camp November 6 2006.Then Marine Combat training.Lastly Military Police school.
