· Follow-up of the overhaul of Pratt & Whitney (series PW100 and PT6A) and Rolls-Royce (series M250, R300, and T56) aeronautical engines;· Industrialization and implementation of repairs for aeronautical structures parts (general aviation aircraft, helicopters, ATR, and E-Jets), components, and accessories, such as welding, machining, thermal spray (plasma, dual wire, and flame spray) and metallography, shot peening, plating, painting, heat treatments, brazing (torch and furnace) and epoxy application;· Direct participation in the entire manufacturing process (feasibility study, New Process Implementation, planning, production monitoring, quality control, and assurance, and after-sales service);· Development of instructions and technical support for the overhaul flow process: disassembly, chemical cleaning, non-destructive testing (FPI and MPI), repair, assembly, and test cell;· Participation in the Quality Department activities for implementation of routines, documentation, and quality procedures for the entire company to attend ANAC, EASA, and FAA requirements;· Shop, Test Cell, and Customer support through consultation with manufacturers and troubleshooting;· Development of work scopes for new repairs and accessories (Fuel Control Units, Power Turbine Governors, Overspeed Governors, Propeller Governors, Stater-Generators, and Bleed Valves);· Training of personnel in technical processes;· Development of equivalent tools for engines and accessories.
