The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre is a world-renowned comedy theatre and school in NYC and LA founded by Amy Poehler (SNL, Parks and Recreation) that performs and teaches provocative sketch comedy and improv. ▼UCB Touring Company▼ Produced four seasons of the UCB Touring Company's improv comedy shows, tours, and workshops across 28 states. (Feb 2015 - Aug 2016)Responsibilities: Training and managing production coordinators, coordinating travel, working with Sales and Finance departments, recordkeeping, verifying expense reports, creating budget sheets, managing the team of 12 performers, arranging casting, establishing and enforcing policies and quality standards, improving procedures and workflow, client communication and coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction, collecting feedback. Also, itineraries, on-call troubleshooting, financial processing, budget estimates. Accomplishments: Rave reviews from clients, excellent customer satisfaction rates, 30% increase in sales, and the newfound organization and system improvements led to increased capacity and sales and the touring company's busiest seasons ever!▼ SXSW Events▼Produced 12 successful UCB comedy shows for the 2015 and 2016 South by Southwest Festival in Austin, TX. I managed the innovative online learning platform of the world’s largest nutrition school, serving 100,000 students and graduates in 150 countries worldwide. What I Did:Conducted business analysis and guided the vision, implementation, and management for the school’s two iOS apps. Defined and refined requirements, outlined product features and functionality, approved deliverables, and collaborated with designers, QA teams, and offshore development teams. Responsible for managing ongoing app updates, including new content, features, and bug fixes.•Mobile App for the Business of Health Coaching•Created a specialized iPad app for Health Coaches to easily manage their coaching practices. •Mobile App for Training Health Coaches•Managed the school’s flagship iOS application that provides the central course content and training modules, ensuring the quality of the company’s core product.

I managed the 20-person Education Department to create new educational initiatives, curate the curriculum, and execute the vision of the CEO and Director, including organizing national and international conferences, achieving accreditation, and developing new curriculum with world-renowned health experts.What I Did:•Oversaw technology initiatives, including student website upgrades, the creation of a health coach business app, transitioning from a live program to an app-based one, migration to a new online education forum, and management of the core curriculum mobile app.•Produced and programmed live, video, and multimedia content for large-scale world-wide educational events with high-profile speakers, including Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Dr. Mark Hyman.•Edited and oversaw the publication of a new edition of “The FastTrack Workbook,” the school’s business and marketing textbook.•Revamped curriculum and course materials across all formats including video, audio, online modules, mobile apps, PDFs, textbooks, and live content.

To say that I have a passion for food is an understatement. I LOVE eating and cooking, and I have worked as a chef in restaurants and for private clients, taught cooking classes, and trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Culinary Arts in NYC, as well as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.I especially love food that’s as healthy as it is delicious, and I’m even a Certified Health Coach - coaching clients in food and lifestyle choices to achieve their health goals and improve their overall wellness. Recently one of my recipes was featured in the book, The After Cancer Diet, by Suzanne Boothby, and some of my healthy tips featured by Oprah!
