I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for technology and learning, with a desire to have a successful career in the field of IT. I love the thrill of being able to troubleshoot a technical problem and successfully find a solution to it and being able to add it to my toolbox. I decided to pursue a career in IT because not only is it a lucrative career, but it allows me to analyze problems and be able to solve and learn from them. I have been working as an IT specialist for the past year, and I have gained valuable skills and experience in various aspects of IT support. I have successfully troubleshooted and resolved hardware and software issues for users, installed and configured new systems and applications, and maintained network security and performance. I have also demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technologies. With that being said, I strive to become a better rounded professional and help others along the way in this journey of mine.
