Providing strategic advisory and consultancy services to global fund managers and administrators, in order to deliver change, reduce risk & improve operational performance.Offering expertise and insight to senior management and ExCo with regards to application strategy and operating modelsProvide clients with subject matter expertise and advice on capability area and related mattersOversee/lead the analysis of client opportunities and the production & presentation of appropriate solutions/proposals – including taking account of the systemic nature of most change opportunities Support marketing and pre-sales activities through building propositions in response to potential client and/or sector challenges and issuesUtilisation of relevant tools and techniques and best practice approaches within industryDevelop and improve credible frameworks for change management including the provision of project management support for multiple work streams within HR, including technology, people, policy and process, coupled with the planning and integration through defined project plan and economics of delivery. Creation, documentation, communication and delivery of an OCM roadmap, communication plan, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.Ongoing change management including user adoption - in collaboration with Communications and Practice Management.System implementation and reimplementation including the training and retraining of teams to enable greater user functionality and operational efficiencies. Design of target operating model for Alternative Fund Administrator, and Alternative Fund Asset Manager(s), including the implementation of a core system, its operational design and training of teams to deliverable state. Selection of target state preferred software for Alternative Asset providers including the training, conceptual design framework and fruition of project.
