I am a qualified chartered accountant with over 5 years post-qualification experience in financial planning, modelling, analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision-making.In my current role at Baker & Partners LLP, I lead financial planning and analysis initiatives, which includes creating the firm's budget, overseeing financial planning, generating management accounts to support the firm's transition to LLP, leading month-end processes - including financial reporting and variance analysis, and driving financial systems improvements.Previously, as an FP&A Manager at IHS Towers, a multinational telecommunication infrastructure company, I played a key role in companywide budgeting, forecasting, cashflow modelling, and business partnering. My contributions to financial strategies, customer contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives were instrumental in driving growth and profitability.With expertise in financial analysis, modelling, commercial finance, and process optimization, I consistently deliver results that contribute to business success. Outside of the office, I'm passionate about mentoring, public speaking on finance, and working with start-ups to develop & implement financial strategies.
