I've practiced offshore for over 14 years and, during that time, have worked on some of the biggest and most complex cross border disputes and insolvencies in the Caribbean, including the AHAB v Saad litigation, Kingate Funds, Primeo Funds and many others. Particular interests in fraud and asset tracing, investment fund and private equity disputes, contentious regulatory and the fintech and cryptocurrency sector.
