Enterprise Program Controller - Program Control OfficeThis was a mission critical project with a hard deadline due to Y2K. The role was created to address a number of existential enterprise level risks as a result of the multi-year core and supporting systems replacement program, from conversion through administration and integration to document production. Reporting directly to the Program Director, I was able to join the program and quickly assess the health of a large number of separate projects, each highly significant and critical on it's own, in order to assess the individual and collective health of the projects and the program overall. After the initial assessments were made, I was personally asked by the client to assume responsibility for and resolve the most at risk "crisis project", in document production. Worked closely with Policy Administration / Operations, Outsourced Document Print vendor, and internal IT resources to drive a resolution into production, on time and within budget. This project success averted a severe regulatory and revenue generation crisis.
