I guide a range of initiatives that support our mission in sustainable rural housing. My role brings together several key areas:I oversee content production across all our channels, ensuring our messaging reflects our commitment to sustainability and affordability. A notable project here is the Land Report, where we highlight available land parcels in Upstate New York and add HUTS' vision to help inspire and guide people in their home design and land development project.In addition, I develop our marketing strategy, shaping how we build brand awareness and engage with our customers. This includes leading our paid media campaigns, which are carefully crafted to reach target audiences and amplify our impact.Another exciting aspect of my role is managing web design and development. I work to create a seamless and visually compelling online experience, ensuring our digital presence is both engaging and user-friendly. This is particularly important for initiatives like The Starter Home, a HUTS project designed to make home ownership accessible for first-time buyers, offering adaptable spaces that can grow along with families.On the tech side, I oversee our tech stack, ensuring our tools are integrated and optimized to support our goals. Finally, I design our email marketing strategy, focusing on fostering a meaningful connection with our audience and delivering value through timely, engaging content.Altogether, these efforts reflect our dedication to sustainable, community-oriented housing, blending strategic insight with design-driven solutions to make a lasting impact.

- Oversaw the design and implementation of their marketing website. I outlined a design system to generate landing pages and reduce its production cycle from 1 week to 2 hours.- Outlined and set up their ADU purchase sequence and led the design and development of their online store.- Formulated a marketing tech stack to power all growth efforts using services that work together to provide relevant customer acquisition data.- Led the production and launch of LAND.NYC, their subscription-based service. I led the design, implementation and maintenance.

Placing special attention at all of the product design and development. Using Scrum and general Agile techniques I provide direction, and outline and coordinate the work of the design, development and marketing teams; be it in-house, onshore or overseas.

Alongside my friend and mentor Wayne Congar we have helped start-ups get ready for their series funding, growth-stage businesses stay relevant, and established businesses focus on new initiatives.At Mayday I lead the production of all the projects that come to the agency.

Formerly known as HEBS Digital or Next Guest, here I led the design, implementation and delivery of the marketing websites for the company’s most important clients, delivering projects worth more than one million dollars combined. Established production sequences to explore user experience, information architecture and full stack implementation. And pushed the boundaries of the functionalities and capabilities of Next Guest’s own CMS formulating new features for their next version of the product.

Kaplow acquired Mayday in mid 2016 and I was in charge of managing all clients and creative projects that came to the agency, ranging from brand development, through video production and web development.I provided creative direction and served as a general producer formulating work methods for all the creative pipeline.
