Julia Baum is a Assistant Strategist at PHD. She possess expertise in leadership, final cut pro, video editing, fundraising, video production. Colleagues describe her as "I have had the opportunity to work directly with Julia in our fraternal organization, Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII). Throughout all the time that we have worked together, one thing that really stands out about Julia is her passion for everything that she does. While almost every Kelley School of Business student that I encounter is highly motivated in one way or another, I see very few who actually show genuine passion and excitement for what they do every day. Julia is not one of those people. As the Internal Social for our sorority, Julia shows a dedication to creating events that she believes will encourage sisterhood among our sorority members. She organizes locations, works around the complex schedules of over busy 150 sorority members, and uses her creativity to plan exciting events and activities all while keeping a smile on her face the entire time. As the Risk Manager of our sorority, Julia works closely with me to ensure the safety of AOII members every event she plans, often sacrificing her own enjoyment in order to help me supervise. It is truly a delightful experience working alongside Julia, and I believe that anyone who has the opportunity to do the same will be impressed by not not only her exemplary work, but also the positive attitude that she demonstrates every single day. "
