Evaluating the data and methodology with the team allowed for alignment on the most efficient way to extract data to get the needed metrics to curtain excessive token usage, which allowed for reduction in the need for paid tokens (15%), saving an estimated $5M.– Coded a medium sized repository (~1500 lines) to assist in creation of assay files for PIMS models, while also featuring numerous data quality checks and pass/fail conditions. The tool greatly reduces errors and time spent (~80% reduction) preparing the assay files as generated by Spiral by automatically copying lube property data between old assays and new reference assays. Allowing for assay files to be generated within 30 minutes so that they may be passed to testing more expediently. C

Supported early-stage product development of lube optimization model and dewaxing unit monitoring platform for 3rd party licensees of ExxonMobil Chemical Company catalyst. Lead in-house technical support for the InFocus platform to customers, and in-house catalyst specialists. Collaborated with 3rd-party software developers to improve platform reliability and implement new features to meet customer needs. - Provide technical support for day-to-day operations of the InFocus platform, such as repairing data streams, providing support to EMRE catalyst specialists, and bug reporting-Proactively identified an opportunity to improve upon the InFocus operations team's ability to effectively monitor customer accounts with a scalable solution through the application of Python. This established visibility into customer accounts for the InFocus team and EMRE support to provide customer with quality and timely support. It eliminated/reduced: manually checking hundreds of weekly emails, human error, and ergonomic strain. Continuously improving the product through collaboration and user requests.-Enhanced and facilitated global training for new InFocus power users so that they can effectively assist the customers in their operations. Sized and selected relief devices to ensure adequate relief capacity and operating of reclosing, non-reclosing, and rupture type devices. Assisted in process model development for safe operating limits in Pro/II process simulation software.
