• Set up new business under management contract for Colliers International ready to hand over to Central European management team

This was an entity created primarily as a vehicle to provide contracted management services to Colliers International in establishing Polish operations. There were two partners of L2P.

• Created new property consultancy providing development advice (including to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Skanska, Lend Lease, Commercial Union, General Motors and Thorn EMI) and appraisal advice to international businesses and to the Polish Government privatisation programme.• Managed the business which was set up for plant & machinery and property services including recruiting and training valuation and broker staff of 23 people;• Transacted first institutional investment transaction (for Commercial Union) in Poland (Wiśniowy Business Park, Warsaw) at circa £4m;• Recruited successor MD and the Henry Butcher Poland business was sold to CBRE in 1998/9;• Picked up GM as a client across Europe and was recruited directly by GM to create current role;
