I am the Public and Government Affairs Director and registered lobbyist for the largest local Realtors' Association in Minnesota. Through the broad community impact of housing and real estate, I am fortunate to be able to work with an incredibly diverse membership on widely varying policy and political issues - from transit development to school improvements, from tax policies to social and family support systems, and much more.

I teach adult learners reading, writing and English skills.

The Friends of the Children's Library (FOTCL) is a volunteer support group dedicated to promoting children's interests in literature, reading, and the use of library services. FOTCL sponsors a variety of educational programs and entertaining activities for the children of Huntington Beach.

Legislative Affairs staff for a professional association of property managers, focusing on common interest developments. Focused on state-level legislation.

Policy director for professional Realtor trade association, with a membership of nearly 3,000. Worked with elected officials and staff throughout five counties, including nearly 100 cities, as well as regional governing bodies.

Small business start-up focused on corporate promotions, marketing and advertising, as well as employee communications.
