I want to help people become the best "them" they can be, and deliver a great result for the business"I honestly know that this is easily said but less easily done. In my experience HR is often short-staffed, under time and budget pressure, and may also lack both the capability and confidence to deliver inspiring and practical development solutions. Added to that they may have internal customers who struggle to describe what they want and need.
