As the current Vice President II New Member Coordinator for Zeta Tau Alpha, I am dedicated to shaping the journey of our new members as they embark on their lifelong association with our sorority. Serving as their primary contact, I organize, coordinate, and execute a dynamic new member experience that seamlessly blends their interests with ZTA's goals and purpose. I ensure the integration of new members into our chapter community, conduct lesson meetings each week, facilitate chapter retreats, and develop educational programs tailored to their needs, to learn more about ZTA. Aside from these duties, I am also responsible for planning and executing our chapter’s 2025 Bid Day event, which is a chapter wide celebration for our new members who join our chapter. My commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment, aligned with ZTA’s nine key values, drives me to create a space where all sisters can thrive. Along with this position, I help make decisions for our chapter as a whole, along side the rest of our Executive Committee, for my second year!
