Celebrate RVA is a non-profit in Richmond, VA. Our mission is simple: to give disadvantaged children a memorable birthday celebration in a safe and fun environment. We are firm believers in the power of celebration and the complete and utter joy that we have the privilege of giving children as we celebrate their special day. My responsibilities include strategic fund development planning, volunteer coordination, volunteer training, organizing and executing fundraisers, donation drives, and discovering new prospective grants. I actively identify new resources and possible business partnerships, as well as oversee financial, tax, and risk management. Additionally, I manage brand development and design, community and public relations and maintain all social media channels.
