Lead communication and coordination efforts between customers and various Plexus functional teams by overseeing and managing key programs. Exercising strong program strategy, detailed planning, and execution skills to ensure seamless program implementation and smooth transitions between daily operations and customer collaboration. The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas. In this position, I led the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and managed the day-to-day customer relationship. In essence, be the “voice of Plexus” to the customer and the “voice of the customer” to Plexus. I managed the customer relationship while leading the Customer Focus Team to deliver appropriate levels of customer service and satisfaction. I was also responsible for managing the tactical, business customer relationship. Some additional tasks I did include: - Led the Customer Focus Team to deliver appropriate levels of customer service and satisfaction while developing and leading the team such that members are engaged, responsible, and productive to satisfy internal and external metrics. - Supported the Customer Focused Team in continuous improvement / lean activities and programs.- Ensured the CFT was properly interpreted and executed the contractual requirements.- Worked with CFT to provide acceptable commitments based on customer demand and Plexus capabilities.- Worked with the Customer Focus Team to ensure demand was properly loaded into the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and driven through to the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system.- Monitored customer’s open orders.- Coordinated, negotiated, and communicated commitment dates on customer orders.- Negotiated with the customer to maximize recovery of appropriate costs, non-recurring expenses, and increased profitability.- Drove results by bringing the Plexus Product Quality Plan metrics from 26% to 98% efficiency for the Appleton Manufacturing Site. - Created an environment where teams could be more efficient and adapt to change by creating and implementing a new CFT seating arrangement.

Ensured diners had a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service. My duties included greeting diners and taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders, carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables, and processing payments.
