I also lead her internal operations and marketing strategy for her online resource and trauma-informed coaching program, The Body-First Healing Program. Responsibilities include: team management, data analytics review, custom service, internal processes, website management, email marketing strategy and execution, social media strategy and execution, and overall brand awareness.

For 2 years I led the social media and podcast management of Confident Collective podcast, hosted by influencers and curve models Kristina Zias and Raeann Langas. In this role I booked and pitched guests, organized the release calendar, led editing and production process from start to finish, published show on hosting platform, wrote titles and descriptions for show notes, update the website for each episode along with weekly newsletters, assisted with event promotion and execution and and created video and graphic content for their podcast's social media account @confidentcollective.

As manager of the top resource for podcasters, PodcastPro, under the Almost 30 umbrella, I reviewed all courses within PodcastPro for edits and updates, coordinated with design team and marketing leads to execute campaigns for promoting the upcoming Accelerator, completed full SEO training for optimizing the almost30.com website and implemented updates, wrote/edited/created blog posts, ideated and executed marketing strategies with the goal of increasing sales and interest in PodcastPro sales, managed and created content for @yourpodcastpro Instagram account and managed an editorial intern. I also spearheaded placing key blog posts about "how to podcast" on Buzzsprout newsletters and other outlets for awareness and mass distribution of our content.

As the Podcast Manager for the top 50 lifestyle podcast, Almost 30, I pitched influential guests to join in transformational conversations on the show, organized the recording and release schedule, prepared topics and talking points, managed sponsor talking points and ad spots, and worked with the production team on post-production and publishing of episodes. I also strategized with the marketing team for podcast episode promotion, updated internal calendars, provided on-site assistance for interviews, facilitated the updating of sponsor information on our website and more!

I was able to grow Almost 30's Instagram by 13% in just 6 months based on my experience and strategy. I planned out the marketing plan for courses and event launches as well as podcast episodes. I planned out the grid, wrote captions, engaged with the community, managed the DMs, fielded questions and feedback and led 5 social media and graphic design interns throughout my time as social media manager.
