Eu gerencio, principalmente, os treinamentos internos de D&I, parcerias estratégicas para nossos projetos de consultoria e para o time, e a construção de relacionamento e capacitação na nossa comunidade online.

No time de Gente fui responsável pela criação da estratégia de diversidade e inclusão da Eureca, suporte na gestão de projetos de comunicação interna, melhoria de experiência do time, recrutamento e seleção e consultoria. Desenvolvimento de treinamentos para o time e/ou clientes da consultoria. Levantamento e análise de indicadores internos (recrutamento, eNPS, Censo interno e PERMA). Gestão de demandas de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura dos grupos diversos. Apoio consultivo às lideranças para questões relacionadas a D&I e à revisão de processos internos e externos buscando mais inclusão. Gestão das parcerias com o GT Raça do MPT, Iniciativa Empresarial pela Igualdade Racial da Zumbi dos Palmares, e eventos para públicos diversos, em especial no pilar étnico-racial.

Planejamento, gestão, execução e análise de estratégias de comunicação e employer branding, além da criação e curadoria de conteúdo para projetos de Educação e Seleção, Youth Branding e Desenvolvimento. A comunicação é realizada, principalmente, nas redes das Eureca e em parceira com marketplaces, como Indeed, Estágio Trainee, Catho e Vagas.

At Cajueiro do Brasil, a cashew nut-based plant milk brand, my mission was to penetrate the premium coffee market in Brazil as an alternative to animal milk. We successfully entered major coffee shops and coffee clubs across the country.In collaboration with the commercial team, we optimized and standardized workflows, created process manuals, key indicators, and tracking tools. These initiatives introduced new routines that improved productivity, customer support quality, and overall service efficiency.

Structured the digital marketing area, leading the rebranding, creation of social media channels and website, and implementing inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Expanded into the Educational Law market, addressing topics like school contracts and compliance, developing a course for major private schools in the state, a program on the city's most popular radio station, and exclusive events for the sector.
