During my time as the Customer Service Manager for Frito Lay District 847 out of Reading, Pennsylvania, I was responsible for a team of 22 Customer Service Specialists who service large supermarkets and grocery stores in the Reading and Greater Philadelphia territory. The account makeup of my district includes Walmart, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club, Giant Martin's, Redner's Warehouse Market, and Price Rite.In this role, I was responsible for $11 million in sales in 2020, finishing out at 8.9% over prior year's sales. Working in the large format environment has given me the opportunity to focus on market standards, execution of planned and incremental displays, and servicing all of our customers 363 days a year (Thanksgiving and Christmas being the exceptions.)In May 2020, during the initial surge of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I facilitated a route reengineering of my district; restructuring and bidding all 12 routes in my territory. This project has resulted in profitable results for my zone as well as increased efficiency across my district.

• Worked with the Senior DSL on staffing, training, and retention of new hires; conducting two WorkWiths a week and meeting with RSAs for respective 30, 60, and 90 day reviews. • Assisted in a route re-engineering project for the King of Prussia DC; reorganizing the delivery structure of 60+ truck routes for the zone. • Facilitated iPhone training sessions; communicating iPhone deployment instructions to multiple classes in the King of Prussia building and Newark, Delaware. Held makeup sessions on a one on one basis for twelve employees.• Successfully completed a two-day "UDS Blitz," resulting in signing up five customers for One-Time Space Contracts, signing up two customers for CDA Contracts, and selling seven pieces of equipment.

In this role, I managed a team of eight Route Sales Representatives by communicating weekly promotions, reviewing business initiatives, and facilitating district meetings. I conducted WorkWiths with my team where I developed talent and learned the business from my team's perspective. I also completed scheduled, weekly 1:1s where my team members and I reviewed past performance and planned for future sales. In my training district, I was responsible for $1,712,322.00 in sales; surpassing our sales plan by 5.24%.The first two months of my training were spent on a delivery truck servicing a mixed format route. I was responsible for communicating with store managers, ordering product, delivering to stores, and planning for upcoming promotions.

In August of 2005, my mother, two sisters, and I founded Four Girls LLC, a Real Estate development company which operates in Pennsylvania and western Maryland. Since 2005, Four Girls LLC has developed, designed, and sold multiple vacation homes in the Oakland, Maryland area and continues to grow as a business in the landscaping branch. As a co-founder, I manage the lawn care and maintenance branch. I interact frequently with the property owners and oversee Real Estate transactions.

Daily work responsibilities included: mowing, trimming, and weeding lawns on five different properties for 15-20 hours a week in the summer season. It was my job to maintain an appealing landscape aesthetic for our clients and organize work schedules for coworkers. I managed a small team and earned a profit each season.

I was a member of Penn State's Society for Human Resource Management-Society of Labor and Employment Relations (SHRM-SLER) Club in the School of Labor and Employment Relations. I was involved in both professional and networking opportunities, increasing my knowledge in the Labor Relations field.

As the Overall THON Chair for Delta Sigma Pi, I oversaw the projects and accomplishments of the Family Relations, Community Outreach and Event Development, Fundraising, and Donor and Alumni Relations THON Chairs to raise money for the Penn State Dance Marathon. During my time as the Overall THON Chair, my team and I acquired a new THON family and raised nearly $30,000 for children battling cancer.

As Delta Sigma Pi's Fundraising THON Chair, I was responsible for the fundraising efforts of the fraternity in relation to Penn State's Dance Marathon, THON. THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, founded in 1973, and all money raised is donated to the Four Diamonds Fund in hopes of curing pediatric cancer. One weekend a year, students are selected by their organizations to stand and "dance" for 46 hours straight to symbolize the fight fought by thousands of children every day.I organized multiple fundraisers a year from local businesses to corporate fundraisers to increase our total contributions to the Four Diamonds Fund.

As the elected Secretary of the Penn State Club Field Hockey Team, I was responsible for updating and managing the club website, maintaining paperwork during tryouts and throughout the season, updating the team roster, taking attendance at all practices and events, and assisting the President in managerial duties.

I was the elected Clothing and Equipment Chair for Penn State's Field Hockey Club where I designed gear for the team and reported to the head of Penn State Club Sports to have designs approved. I also ordered equipment for the team to use during practice and games, communicating with multiple local businesses and online websites. I worked closely with the cabinet of PSUFHC to translate the requests of the team.

Through this internship experience I was able to develop small accounts on three routes in North, South, and West Philadelphia while opening and implementing Direct Store Delivery in ten new accounts in the Philadelphia Zone. I was also responsible for coordinating my selling plan with Route Sales Representatives, District Sales Leaders, and Account Managers. Overall, I grew Frito Lay’s estimated annual sales by $251,000 over a ten-week period and was able to make a lasting impact on one of the world's leading food and beverage companies.

In the Human Resources Intern role, I assisted the Human Resources Director in tasks such as payroll, unemployment, recruitment and selection, benefits, compensation, and training. I worked 10-15 hour weeks during the school year and I interacted with all levels of employment at Keystone Real Estate Group, LP.

As an intern at The Apartment Store, I co-managed all social media accounts for Keystone Real Estate Group/The Apartment Store and partnered with other Downtown Penn State Sports Properties for PR events. Each Penn State home football game, I helped to organize The Apartment Store tailgate which gave Penn State students an outlet to connect with The Apartment Store in a social setting. I interacted daily with customers in an office setting and I worked 10-15 hour weeks during the school year and 30 hour weeks in the summer.

Through this experience, I was able to help organize and facilitate activities for prospective members of Delta Sigma Pi: Professional Business Fraternity. This included conducting interviews, organizing multiple social and professional events, and communicating my personal experience with the fraternity as well as the four pillars of Delta Sigma Pi.

Fulfilled one of the four pillars of Delta Sigma Pi (fundraising) through a Five Guys fundraiser in State College. Brought a lot of attendance through social media and successfully raised money for my pledge class.
