Leads the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide program to implement the National Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Standards (CLAS). Provides project management for multiple health equity programs simultaneously, including the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions to improve health outcomes for a dually-eligible members with disabilities. Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to support community engagement and assessments.

Directed the Health Programs Division by overseeing nine state and federal grants and supervising a team of 14 staff members. Developed work plans and reports to ensure that deliverables were met on schedule and budgets were balanced. Collaborated with local and state officials on several critical health initiatives and engaged residents and partners to create community-driven solutions.

Provided project management expertise for federal contracts related to the monitoring of healthcare quality. Supported surveys that evaluate health insurance offerings on the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace and through Medicare Advantage. Analyzed data to improve survey methodology to accurately capture healthcare quality metrics.

Conducted technical and analytical research on healthcare quality to understand data trends and to recommend enhanced survey methodologies. Provided project management support for a program that promoted Patient-Centered Medical Homes within New York State.

Organized and planned quality programs for over 1,200 volunteers monthly. Coordinated with nursing homes, senior centers and hospitals to improve quality of life for their clients through companionship. Collaborated with development and leadership teams to apply for foundation support. Managed staff and mentored new hires to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Served on a three person team consisting of NYU Wagner graduate candidates to offer strategic recommendations to a non-profit organization that runs schools in rural areas of Nicaragua. Analyzed current data collection methods to create a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation program.

Worked closely with the development team to secure funding for the organizations. Created a donor database to track donations and contributions. Communicated with donors to ensure their funding. Conducted prospect research and collaborated on grant writing.
