Responsible for informing strategic priorities of the University, leading the market insights, business intelligence and operations functions for transnational education delivery; and driving performance analysis and review of RMIT's international strategy. Achievements include creation of monthly performance reporting, the development and implementation of an improved partnership agreement framework, new contract templates, policy enhancements and partnership management manual.

RMIT's Global Development Portfolio is responsible for making RMIT truly global in operations and outlook. The Associate Director Global Strategy and Performance is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction within RMIT’s Global Development portfolio, with a particular focus on driving implementation, review and refreshes of the International Plan, and for leading the function that develops international market and business intelligence for the Global Development Portfolio.

RMIT is a global university of technology and design. RMIT has three campuses in Melbourne Australia, two in Vietnam, a European presence based in Barcelona and leading English language education delivered globally through RMIT Training. The Global Management Hub (GMH) focusses on governance, strategy, business planning and monitoring business performance. It provides advice to the Vice Chancellor to ensure that RMIT's offshore presences' business plans and capital plans align with overall University plans, to identify opportunities for academic development, engagement and collaboration across the RMIT Group and liaise with service groups regarding the establishment of systems and processes to support the operations of offshore presences.
