• Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.• Partner with other Centers of Excellence within HR to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and other HR professionals to ensure they are working with their assigned leaders to drive organizational capability and human capital strategy across departments/divisions. • Designs and implements core HR team processes. Work with balanced scorecards, strategy maps, change management and integration programs across campus.• Manages and resolves some complex employee relations issues. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Employee Relations and legal department as needed.

• Regularly partner with designated service lines to identify and resolve work environment issues, this may include conducting interviews, writing disciplinary actions, working with Employee Relations, and issuing corrective action, up to and including termination.• Work with service line managers to design organizational structure changes to meet their strategic plans• Led a team of HR Generalists to support managers and employees in their designated departments.• Worked on the committee to transition FMLA to the external vendor, FMLA Source.• Assist management to create/complete their Action Plans with regard to their Employee Engagement surveys.
