I started Yoga For Healing in 2019 after acting as a crisis advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and realizing the large overlap between skills and practices that were supportive to crisis callers and practices commonly taught in yoga. I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a tool to support survivors in becoming reacquainted with and empowered in their body
