I am a real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience gained in City and national law firms. My primary focus is acting for retailers, including a discount supermarket and fashion brands. I advise on all aspects of real estate transactions, particularly acquisition of development sites, disposals, leases and complex transactions, such as those involving overage. For me the most important, and interesting, part of my job is listening to what my clients actually want and understanding how they like to interact with their advisors. By focusing on the issues that are important to them I can ensure they get the service they want and keep control over costs.
