• 8+ years of experience in administrative experience.• Great in fast-paced or self-motivated environments with varied responsibilities, including organization, communication, and project management.• Ability to multi-task, maintain complex schedules, resourceful, great at problem solving, organization, and completing tasks. • Proficient with QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.• Job tasks includes but not limited to, accounts receivable, filing, answering calls, copying and scanning, sending faxes, incoming and outgoing mail, upkeep of office, maintaining office supplies, problem solving, upkeep and updating office equipment, creating spreadsheets, tool tracking, creating and recording invoices for multiple jobs, keeping records of job cost expenses as well as office expenses, posting and data entry, and weekly payroll.
