Working on business development and attending international trade shows to source new products and meet with existing suppliersWorking closely with designers and architects on selections for commercial and residential projects as well as display homes and private contractsManaging commercial tenders - ensuring deadlines were met and liaising with clients throughout the processSales representative - making appointments with key interior designers and architects to show latest releases. General administration - using MYOB, generating invoices, quotes, banking reconciliation, filing. Following up on outstanding quotes to close sales. Cold calling - Interior Design and architecture firms to make new appointments. Home consultations - Going out to private customer's homes to help them with selections and measurements. Events and Launches - organising events and product launches to release new collections to Designers, stylists and architects.

Running of my own Interior Design Business for 7 yearsDrafting / designing using Autocad and SketchupWorking on both residential and commercial fit outs including hairdressing salons, restaurants, cafes and nail bars. Working with the client to select finishes and materials.Maintaining a strong knowledge of latest products / materials.
