Represents school districts and municipalities in negotiations, arbitration and improper practice proceedings at PERB, in addition to providing general counsel regarding day-to-day matters. Counsels school districts in all aspects of labor negotiations and APPR negotiations pursuant to Education Law Section 3012-d. Provides in-service training to clients in order to ensure compliance with new legal mandates. Provides presentations on topics of interest for NYSSBA, NYSASA, MHSSC, WPSBA and other organizations. Sit on the Board of Directors for the New York State Association of School Attorneys NYSASA and on COSA’s Amicus Committee. Adjunct Professor at Pace University, instructing future school district business administrators in Educational Law and School Leadership.
