Current- Optimize financial performance through improved price performance. MARKET STUDIES & PRICE SETTING
- Pricing accountability by business channel (wholesale, commercial, specialty).
- Make recommendations for standard market pricing, based on competitive analysis and product advantages.
- Evaluate and approve pricing requests with recommendations.
- Participate in value pricing and profitability discussions for new product releases with financial analyses. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT & ANALYSIS
- Project management to identify, evaluate, recommend and execute margin improvement plans based on review of price, volume, share and mix trends by customer/business segment.
