Responsible for (inter)national key accounts (Toyota, BNP Paribas Fortis, Aisin, Ridgid, Isabel Group, First Stop, Flexso, ...) regarding brand awareness and merchandise via online platforms. Getting insights in the customers needs and transforming these needs into a merchandise collection or a onetime project/event/fair.

As a marketing and administrative assistant, I managed all the online and offline communication. I was responsible for the outgoing, incoming orders and logistics to national and international clients for the B2B and B2C market. So I managed the full process from customer interest to the actual delivery to the client.

As a marketing intern, I was responsible for helping with the creation/development of the new website and I did a market research concerning the B2B customer satisfaction and experience in this branch. Through an online survey and cold calling the customers, I gathered my information. The conclusion of this study was that they should invest more in good representative(s) and spent more time filling the needs of their customers.
