I was responsible for the overall communication and marketing queries in this interior company. My first year, being the first ever marketing responsible the company hired, I was challenged to analyse and improve the current marketing and brand strategy. I developed a creative and straightforward marketing campaign from scratch, which consisted mostly out of an update of the logo, a new website, a direct mail communication, a new brochure and an inspirational lookbook. During the second year, I implemented the marketing strategy we formulated, by organizing photography reportages, the follow-up of the website, creating social media and SEA strategies, organizing events, developing a secure CRM-database, writing newsletters, dealing with media requests, ...I managed the overall brand identity of the company. All this with respect for the budgetframe.

In the weekends I frequently expanded my commercial skills in a local lingerie shop. The delicate product requires great empathy towards the clients. Thanks to my quality of client orientation, I saw a lot of happy clients leaving the shop with a purchase they felt comfortable and happy with.

I organised small and big events for internal clients: seminars, exhibitions, corporate parties, visits to the Fluxys sites, ... External and internal communication were part of my daily tasks. I was challenged to look for alternative and innovative ways to obtain successful results. My creativity got a way by frequently organizing brainstorming sessions and working out fortunate marketing campaigns. My colleagues often approached me to figure out a good way to communicate to their contacts and clients.
