As Senior Organizational Development Specialist at Morley, my role is to provide real-time analysis of OD goals, strategies, and processes. I create and implement instructor-led and digital learning content, and facilitate associate and leadership development programs. I coordinate and monitor development programs that align with OD strategy and Morley culture, and utilize survey data to measure results and success of OD initiatives. I consult with Morley leaders to provide OD support in matters relating to employee development, culture, and the associate journey. I provide ongoing organizational support for all engagement and retention initiatives.To achieve these goals, I establish annual goals that align with the business center and organization, and create a work environment consistent with Morley’s culture. I take part in professional development initiatives as directed and create internal customer experiences at the business center level that result in customer enthusiasm. I deliver final products that meet or exceed the quality standards for those products and meet value-based performance goals.
