My remit at the BBC is broad and covers staff wellbeing including those highly exposed to potentially traumatic work, those in hostile environments as well as psychological support for contributors to programmes and news. I collaborate regularly with teams such as HR, Safety, High Risk, Investigations, Security across the organisation to ensure we meet staff needs in many different contexts.As the subject matter expert in mental health, I co-own the wellbeing strategy with HR colleagues. I was instrumental in the design of the wellbeing strategy, working closely with directors and stakeholders across the business to ensure the best approach for BBC staff. I have designed innovative approaches to organisational needs, including support for those at risk of vicarious trauma, and also collaborated with ITV to develop a first-of-it's kind training for psychologists working to support media productions.

I work with a team providing supervision, teaching and assessment at Masters level for MSc Occupational Psychology and conversion courses. Areas of teaching include workplace wellbeing, leadership and engagement, assessment and selection and application of Occupational Psychology. I also supervise dissertations.

Design and delivery of a range of HR portfolio projects including training, talent management and leadership development programs based on many years of experience working with some of the largest companies in the world. I also design and deliver knowledge based and competency based assessments, ability and personality tests, as well as Situational Judgement Tests.I provide leadership development and coaching, with experience of working with both private and public sector organisations.
