I possess 25+ years of marketing and communications experience across a variety of industries and business models including a national retailer, a global engineering consulting firm, a national franchise chain, a national cooperative in the power transmission and industrial bearings industry, higher education, and full-service agency experience. All have provided me with a broad-based background within a highly competitive and rapidly changing marketplace. My marketing expertise includes business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C), as well as marketing for professional services. Additionally, my work experience includes an international component stemming from three years as New South Wales Marketing Manager for MWH (Sydney, Australia), a global leader in wet infrastructure and water engineering.I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Fine Arts from Indiana University-Bloomington. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in the community and have been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, the Diana Price-Fish Cancer Foundation (Denver, CO), and Girls, Inc. and Coburn Place (Indianapolis, IN) in the past. For the last 12 years, I have been a member of the local Indianapolis chapter of the American Marketing Association, as well as a volunteer on their programming committee for four years. For the 2013-14 programming year, I served as the Vice President of Programming.
