• Build HR function from scratch in collaboration with Head of People of Culture, and assist with various administrative, operational, and development oriented tasks:
• Craft and implement recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes across all business areas
• Develop and maintain the employee and leadership handbook, including essential policies and procedures
• Conduct analytics across various HR metrics to inform strategic decisions
• Drive change management activities related to implementation of a new HRIS such as training and communication
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries, and support with conflict management

• Provide support to the Human Resources department in a range of administrative and operational tasks:
• Assist in the recruitment process by creating and posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support day-to-day tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct HR analytics across various HR met-rics to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development and maintanance of a positive organizational culture by organizing activities such as DHL Stafet, parties, and ad hoc events.
